The Shortcut to Solutions and Communities for an Integral Age

Everyone can use it in any way they want. If there are 100 million blogs out there, there are 100 million blogging styles and 100 million ideas what blogging "is". And anyone who dares tell others how to do it incurs the wrath of the other 100 million who are NOT going to be told what to do. Blogosphere is democratic - the voice of millions of individuals who finally have the ability to have their voices heard. They will never accept any authority telling them how to do it and what they can or cannot write.

Based on my newly-released book, Digital Dharma: A Users Guide to Expanding Consciousness in the Age of the Infosphere, this blog will provide links to the book, information about talks and articles, and provide a discussion space for those interested in the (metaphoric/esoteric) links between our telecommunications technologies and the path of evolving human/planetary consciousness.

The New Age still matters because it is the best resort we have to age-old traditions of wisdom. I wanted to say that up front, even though I have never used the phrase "New Age" in any talk or writing. The New Age has become a byword for any cheap shot or automatic sneer directed toward a carnival of spiritual noodles and charlatans. But that's not the whole story, or even reality. Behind the label is something very different--a loose coalition of people who want to reach beyond organized religion and its many drawbacks.

One question I’ve been thinking about a lot lately is: what sets the top blogs and websites apart, from a visitor’s perspective?

Yesterday morning, I turned in my resignation from my day job (I work with U.S. military veterans for the Guam Legislature). OK, it doesn’t actually take effect until the end of next week, but still.
