Learning to blog well is no different to learning any skill, from painting to playing football.

Blogging using cuss words has become a trend for some new bloggers hitting the scene, but I’m wondering is it really to any avail? I want to take this time on Problogger to analyze the pros and cons of putting the S-word, B-word, or any other X-word that might be whispered into your eat by that devil on your shoulder.

A well written blog is a beautiful thing to read. When I hit upon a blog with great writing, I can spend hours digging into the archives, learning, laughing, getting to know a writer.

Yesterday morning, I turned in my resignation from my day job (I work with U.S. military veterans for the Guam Legislature). OK, it doesn’t actually take effect until the end of next week, but still.

Some people find blogging relaxing, a release and an outlet; many others don’t. It often depends upon your reason for blogging.

That's the number one request (other than, "pass the salad dressing") of most of the people I meet.
